Lipstick to Crayons was created by two sisters “joined at the hip” despite living miles apart. Different in many ways, yet both full of an energetic drive to create, design, and start projects (and browse the internet any chance they get!). Six kids between them, yet they still yearn to maintain their “hip & stylish” former selves.

Thrifty TuesdayFabulous Find

I have a little secret that I should keep to myself, but it is just too good to stay quiet. As a baby boutique owner, I am always searching for unique quality products and lately I have discovered the jackpot for great baby finds. What is it? Simply……etsy.com. A website chock full of hand made products. And not what you may think. Sometimes handmade has the connotation of being well…..hand made-knitted blankets, pasted on pieces, cheap fabrics, etc. But not on Etsy! I can say that truly after having ordered several pieces from different sellers. I have found the quality to be far superior to mass produced items. So much so that I carry several Etsy designed lines in my boutique. The attention to detail and quality is exceptional. Best of all, the products are offered at great prices. If you are looking for a unique holiday gift and do not want to give something found at mass merchandise stores, look no further than Etsy. I promise you will find something great at a terrific price. Here are 2 fabulous finds: polka dot burp cloth set offered by DesignsbyNana and the baby skin product gift set is by seller Baby Breaux. I was actually sent samples from Baby Breaux and loved the products- they are all natural and yummy smelling. No chemicals! The gift set includes the following: Baby Pudding Creme, Bottom Pop Diaper Balm, Honey Lavender Lotion, Baby Frosting Soap, Tub Tart Bath Fizzies. A great gift for a new mom and only $16.50 for the set.
