eah baby! is another great Etsy website to check out! Peg is an incredible designer from my home state Iowa with some wonderful products for everyone to check out. From a variety of baby blankets and pillows to adorable children’s aprons, you will find something for anyone. From her Etsy profile she tells you about her passion for sewing.
“Hi everyone, I’m Peg. I have a background in computer programming and was previously a product manager for a software company. Life changes and now I have 3 children and fuel my creative passion by sewing.
My extremely talented mother (she made my wedding dress) taught me to sew many years ago. One of her lessons was to make it right the first time so all of my blankets and burp cloths are sewn inside-out, turned and top-stitched, and then a design stitched in the center to ensure the item holds its shape after repeated washings.”
One of the blankets I love is the Michael Miller Flannel Receiving Blanket! The colors are incredible and large enough for cuddle time with the older babies-and we know I love cuddle time with Miss Kelsie!” One side has the Cha Cha Watermelon Stripe while the reverse side has the beautiful Apple Dumb Dot pattern. They are both 100% Cotton Flannel from Michael Miller. And be sure to check out-it has a matching Burp Cloth! What a great idea for any upcoming expectant mothers you know!
