List planning made easy
I believe in scheduling. Unless it’s a weekend, I get up at 5:15am. I am out of the house by 6am and won’t return until around that time that evening.
When I logged onto www.ListPlanIt.com I had no idea how disorganized I actually was. I had been planning my life through little sheets of paper in my purse, or allowing it to flying around my head along with dinner, friends and blogging.
Here are a few of the things I have been using this resource for:
Our Families Daily Schedule: My little ones are on a pretty tight nap schedule, and I hate the idea of them missing out because someone does not know what time it is supposed to be at.
Blog Post Planner: I always have ideas running through my head. Why not write them down with links, etc, so this way I have all the information there when I finally get home, or can sit down.
Gift Certificate Tracker: This is great for small companies that do giveaways, etc and would like to keep track of what gift certificates are out there.
Daily Reminders: It has six sections to be filled in for each person and day of the week. My teenagers who leave the house after I do, can scan it over and make sure they have everything they need. It is a WONDERFUL resource
This is only a fraction of the lists Jennifer Tankersley, the creator of List Plan It has. She is also not stopping there. She adds new lists all the time, and is constantly keeping it updated! She has over 300 lists and planning pages available and many of them can be saved and adjusted to your busy life.
The website has the lists categorized to make your search easier and more time efficient (This is what it’s all about after all) You can also view the newest lists she has added and she is always open to new ideas. There is a blog if you are looking for even more ideas to help you in your journey to organization.
If you are like me and find it easier to plan things on paper, this is a wonderful gift for yourself, or a great gift to the new teacher in your child’s life! A year subscription is $19.95 and a three-month subscription is $9.95. This is a small price to pay for a bit of sanity in your life.
