Wacky Wednesday: Weird October Holidays for 2008
People love to celebrate! I can’t think of a better way to do that than to find something to drive your co-workers bonkers.
Here are some of the holidays coming up in October that could be a lot of fun to do with your kids, or to force upon those who spend 8.5 hours a day with you.
October 15: National Grouch Day
This could be oodles of fun. Who doesn’t want an excuse to be crabby for a day? (Living in a trash can, might be a bit much for me though). Today, I would wear all green, not do my hair and scowl a bit… a bit more.
October 16: Dictionary Day
Pass out dictionaries at work, all wrapped up in eco friendly paper (Or better yet, the crossword section of the newspaper) This would be a great gift for a Boss, since today is Bosses Day as well!
October 17: Mulligan Day
Usually a golfing term, a mulligan is simply a do-over. Today is a day for giving yourself or someone else a second chance. Forgive past mistakes and do them over.
October 18: World Toy Camera Day
Go and take tons of photos with your kids, plaster them all of your cubicle of work, its hours of wasted time having your co-workers look at all the photos.
