I am so not a video game kind of mom- I have no desire to play Wii, my kids handheld games are best played out of my ear shot and I cannot even sit still long enough to watch You Tube, no matter how hilarious. You see I love to constantly be in motion- I thrive on disorganization and utter chaos. Sit down and play a game- “HA!” I say. But then something happened….. I was recently asked to review a newly released Zenses: Ocean Edition

I actually had to borrow a Nintendo DS from my sister (Hint! Hint!) to play my new game. Not sure what to expect, I casually played the game while picking my son up from kindergarten. I quickly became “lost” in my new little toy and failed to notice my son was patiently waiting for me to pull up and pick him up. Guilty, I shoved the video game in my purse and quickly drove home. I am almost ashamed to say, I could not wait to pull it out once we got home. My day had been crazy and I truly felt relaxed while playing this game, while alos indulging my senses and challenging my mind (in a fun way). I highly recommend this game for the busy mom on your holiday gift list.
Note to Santa: I have been very good this year- please send me a Nintendo DS (preferably in pink) so that I may continue to play this relaxing game.
