Bargain hunting with a $25 TJ Maxx gift card GIVEAWAY

There’s only a few shopping days left before Christmas and I’ve been looking for pajamas for my eight year old daughter without much luck. She’s a monkey fanatic and even though monkeys are very popular right now I’ve been unable to find monkey pajamas in her size.

I should have checked out Marshalls first before I wasted so much time at the mall since I’ve always had good luck at Marshalls with finding great bargains or unique gifts. Today was no exception. They had just what I was looking for; an adorable long sleeved nightie with monkeys! Made of the softest fleece and only $9.99. It couldn’t have been more perfect.

I also found these adorable Juicy Couture slippers for my oldest daughter. They are packaged in a gorgeous pink box with Juicy Couture tissue paper. The slippers retail for $68 but I got them for $39.99.

And for only $20 I picked up a practice putting green for my hubby’s office.

Three great gifts for $70!

Another great store for bargains is TJ Maxx. I’ve always had good luck there with finding designer purses and clothing without the designer prices.

    I’ve never shopped Marshall’s but T.J. Maxx is one of the first places I go when shopping for family and/or friends. They have such a wide variety of items…literally something for everyone on your gift list. And some of the best bargains for trendy fashions, bags and accessories. And they have a ton of goodies for your kitchen at outrageous markdowns. I can only speak for the staff at my local T.J. Maxx, but they have the nicest employees too.

I have 3 young children all under the age of 10 and I have found some great bargains on everything from shoes to jackets and clothing for all of them! My husband and I have also found some incredible deals on clothing for ourselves and paid a fraction of the cost that we would have spent had we purchased them from regular department stores. I enjoy dressing my children in the latest and greatest brand name clothes but on out tight budget the only way we can do this is to shop smartly and wisely. TJMaxx and Marshalls never disappoints, you can always find the most up to date designers and styles that fit into your budget and lifestyle. I also have found some beautiful housewares for our home at both stores. Again, a fraction of the price you would expect to pay for towels, sheets, bedding, home decor items, etc. had to shopped at a high end department store. Thank you for the opportunity to enter.

    Last Christmas I even found a tshirt in the men’s department by Ed Hardy. It was s large and marked down to 19.99, this when the same shirts were selling in the mallstores for $49.99 and still are. I was shocked and when I paid for it the cashier was surprised to see the shirt too! The best part about Marshals and TJ Max is the surprises you might find! They are the kind of stores you need to shop regularly to find the bargains you are looking for!

    There is nothing specific I like to shop for at TJMaxx or Marshalls since they have good deals on so many things. I do like buying shoes when they are on clearance at those two stores the most though. I have found decent shoes for $10 there in the past. That is a steal. This is a great giveaway and I really hope I win since I shop at Marshalls and TJMaxx a lot. Thanks.

    I shop for the face & bath towels. I then create my own decorative towels by sewing on detailed ribbons or items that kids relate to like Word World, Thomas the train, and Dora replica patches. These towels make great gifts for the numerous birthday parties in the upcoming year!
