I'm Michelle Cox -- the owner of Lipstick to Crayons. I’m also a Mom to three kids (a teen, tween and toddler), a professional writer (www.michellemcox.com) and a blogger (www.fromthemom.com). My freelance writing business allows me to enjoy the great balance of being a stay-at-home/work-at-home mom, while also making time for blogging, running (ran the Chicago Marathon twice) some amateur photography and scrapbooking. I’m a St. Louis native, although I have lived outside of the city and the state. A few of my passions are amateur photography, scrapbooking and attending kids' sporting events.

Fab Finds Friday: Wants For Sale

I’m so amazed with artists who have figured out a way to creatively market and sell their work. Christine and Justin from New York City are such artists. They have figured out a way to get what they want simply by painting the item of their desire and selling it for the price of the actual item. A slice of pepperoni pizza, a Wii game system, and a flight to Las Vegas are just a few things they’ve wanted and have gotten. Check out their Flickr page to see all the artwork they’ve sold.

Wants For Sale has their list of wants although at present they are only wanting a 100 wings from Pluck U. Their sister site Needs For Sale has items to help support their favorite charities with 100%  of each sale being donated.
