LipSense Celebrity Lipstick
I have to share with you the greatest lip color ever. I’m a lipstick junkie who never leaves home without lipstick and I’m quite picky about the lipstick I wear. I’ve been wearing Revlon’s Colorstay Lipcolor for ten years and had been quite happy with its staying power. My biggest complaint was how dry my lips would be by the end of the day.
Then I met Kelly, a LipSense representative who sent me her Celebrity Lipstick to try as a thank you for doing some graphics for her. Despite my lipstick pickiness I figured it was worth a try if so many celebrities stand by the brand.
I had a very hard time choosing a color since there are over 60 colors to choose from. Kelly was so committed to me being happy with the color that she went to the store and matched my favorite Revlon color to one of the LipSense colors. The color she sent ended up being a pretty good match although it wasn’t quite as pink as what I usually choose for myself. That turned out to be a good thing because I got lots of compliments on the color, a color I would not have typically picked out for myself.
Kelly supplied me with detailed instructions for applying the lip color which I found easy to apply. Just paint the color on then apply gloss when the color dries. There was some slight tingling but once the gloss had settled I hardly felt the lip color on my lips. The gloss is not at all gummy or sticky and it stayed on all day as promised. It didn’t come off on my glass, or my husband, and never on my teeth which happened all the time with the Revlon Colorstay. The only time it did wear off was when I ate greasy foods.
The best thing about Celebrity Lipstick besides its staying power is that it does not dry out my lips.
