Jumpstart.com Giveaway

snowwallpaper_thumbThe Lipstick to Crayons sisters are huge fans of Jump Start educational products and software. Recently our children have had the opportunity to play the beta version of Jumpstart.com, a browser-based virtual world.

In the Jumpstart 3D World kids can create their own avatars called Jumpeez which can be personalized. When you login to JumpStart.com, you’ll find a number of areas to explore. The first is the new 3D virtual world, including an area called Storyland which is aimed at 3-5 year olds and AdventureLand is for kids in kindergarten through 2 grade. Their Jumpeez can also explore Storyland, the Theater, and the Arcade while discovering and unlocking games, videos, and storybooks that teach everything from math to reading.

cjropewallpaper_thumbThe 3D graphics are colorful and captivating. We didn’t have any issues with the online version or the installed software. Often these types of software are buggy but Jumpstart computer products have worked consistently for us.

Memberships are also offered at a low price so you are able to download additional programs. This is a great option for me since I have 4 children.

The best thing about Jumpstart.com is we have zero guilt about letting our kids play. It’s a fun and education virtual world that provides a safe learning environment. Our kids don’t even realize they are learning while playing!
