If you wear glasses or contacts, then you know the hassles of not having “perfect vision.” And if you’re a busy Mom without perfect vision, then you’d probably love to remedy that situation.

What if you could win better vision via the iLASIK procedure, and by entering the contest to win the iLASIK procedure, you could be eligible to also win a Flip video camera on my site? (I love my Flip video camera and wrote about it here).

The company bringing you the iLASIK® Procedure is launching the “You Gotta See This” video contest (www.gottaseethisnow.com) for a chance at $5,000, or roughly the price of the procedure. The iLASIK Procedure is the world’s most modern form of LASIK surgery where two lasers, instead of one, are used to deliver the most advanced and personalized vision correction available today.

The same company is offering me a Flip video camera to give to one of you just for entering the “You Gotta See This” video contest. The winner will be able to choose between the Flip Mino or the Flip Ultra. You can read more about the Flip here. So, here’s how you can enter both contests:

To enter the “You Gotta See This” contest, you must create a video up to 90 seconds in length about how better vision could improve or has improved your life and submit it to www.gottaseethisnow.com by December 10, 2009.  The winner will be chosen on January 10, 2010 and will be awarded $5,000 — roughly the price of the iLASIK procedure. When you go to www.gottaseethisnow.com site to enter your video, make sure you register with your name and my site name. For example: MichelleCox_LipstickToCrayons. Registering that way makes you eligible to enter the contest here on my site for the Flip video camera.

Once you’ve registered using your name and Lipstick to Crayons, created and uploaded your video at www.gottaseethisnow.com, come back here and tell me in a comment below that you entered the video contest by Dec. 1. (Yes, that’s 10 days before the video contest, but I gotta do it this way).

After Dec. 1, I’ll randomly choose one of the comments below to win the Flip camera — but here’s the catch: You have to be honest about entering the video contest, because if you’re chosen to receive the Flip camera, I will be verifying that you did, indeed, enter the Gotta See This contest. If you didn’t, then an alternate Flip winner will be chosen.

Once you’ve entered a video and commented here that you did so (that must come first), then you can receive additional entries by doing any/all of the following, but be sure to leave a separate comment for each thing you do:
