And I love to save money (and help you do the same) via frugal deals and steals, coupons and other thrifty practices. My freelance writing business allows me to enjoy the great balance of being a stay-at-home/work-at-home mom, while also making time for blogging, running (ran the Chicago Marathon twice) some amateur photography and scrapbooking. I’m a St. Louis native, although I have lived outside of the city and the state. A few of my passions are amateur photography, scrapbooking and attending kids' sporting events.

Welcome Attention Target Shoppers Visitors!

Hello and welcome to all of those who traveled over from Attention Target Shoppers, Money Saving Mom and Deal Seeking Mom! I’m Michelle Cox, author/owner of Lipstick to Crayons and I’m so glad you’re here.

 If you’re new here, be sure to surf around — most easily done by using the tabs at the top of the page.     I read your guest post and thought that it was terrific! I agree that if I was to have jumped into the “frugal” way of living with both feet, I would probably not have continued with it as it is a LOT of work and it can be overwhelming at first. The rewards though are instant and I really like that!!!!! We save more and we donate more now so it is a win-win even in this crappy economy.
