If you visit here often, you know I love Lee jeans . What’s not to love? It’s a great brand. The jeans FIT! They’re stylish without showing my crack to the world. They’re affordable. I could go on and on.

Here’s another reason to love and support the brand. Lee is sponsoring its 15th Lee National Denim Day on October 8 to raise money for breast cancer research and awareness. It’s one of the largest single-day fundraisers for breast cancer, and it involves simply putting on a pair of jeans that day and then donating $5 to the cause. You can watch some inspiring videos by clicking on the box below, and then learn how to participate:

    I was impressed with all the ladies that spoke on the video. I am a huge supporter of Breast Cancer related charities, my mother died of Breast Cancer when she was just 49 years old and I was 19.

    I watched the videos and I think they do a good job showing that anyone can be diagnosed with breast cancer, and even if you’ve been told the chances of overcoming it aren’t very good, that there is always hope with the right treatment.

    The woman that said she told the doctor to call her husband and tell him because she couldn’t hear it right then, sounded like what I would do. It would be so hard for someone to hear from a doctor and my heart goes out to the women everywhere that has been diagnosed.
